Delete your Jozi North Bites account

This page is for the Jozi North Bites app.

How to delete your account

1. Open Jozi North Bites and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot open the app, email pentlysales@gmail.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will process that request within 30 days.

What we delete

We remove your name, email, phone, Clerk login, bookings in your name, and other identifying details from our database.

What we may keep

Loyalty check-ins and spend totals may remain in anonymised form (no name or email) so venue reports stay accurate. Crash reports already stored may be kept up to 90 days. We do not sell your information.
